e One needs help..
Need some help from IT experts..
Got some problem accessing this website: http://www.livejournal.com/ and other friends' blogs.. Apparently..I also don't know what went wrong..
Whether i clicked the main web or blogs...
it will show me this:
403 Forbidden
The following error occurred: Access denied by access control list.
Could not open error file
Any idea? What's wrong?
Wrong network setting on the router (wireless), or it could be my internet service provider blocking it?
But my friend (same ISP as me - Singnet) can access leh!!!

This is difficult to resolve since it is a publicly published web url. I am access, other people can access..

it shows me the same type of error..
This is weird..
Use notepad to open below file
---
C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
---
204.9.177.18 in there? If it is, remove it.
This is a scratch head issue.
